1.3 Who is Custom Travel Solutions designed for?
It is ideal for:
- Membership-based businesses (travel clubs, loyalty programs, employee perks, closed user groups, etc.).

1.4 Is this an affiliate program?
No. Custom Travel Solutions is not an affiliate program. Clients own their travel clubs and monetize them through their own subscriptions and member-only pricing models.

3.2 Can I set my membership pricing?
Yes. You control how much members pay to access your travel club or subscription. CTS is not involved with collecting membership payments or giving access to the portal.
3.3 Does Custom Travel Solutions take a cut of my membership fees?
Custom Travel Solutions charges a flat rate per member, independently of the membership fees you collect. This fee depends on your final benefit selection.
3.4 Can I earn commissions on travel bookings?
Yes, but most clients focus on subscription revenue. If you choose to earn commissions, payments are made after travel is completed and come as a reduction of the savings and value available to members.
3.5 Who processes the travel payments?
Custom Travel Solutions is the Merchant of Record, handling all travel transactions securely.
3.6 How do I receive revenue from my travel club?
- You collect membership fees directly.
- Payments are sent to you via bank transfer or deducted from your monthly member fee invoices if you decide to earn commissions on travel bookings.

4.1 What types of travel bookings can members make?

4.2 Do flights offer discounts like hotels?
Due to the slim commission model for this vertical, flight pricing is generally at market rate. However, in some instances, the system finds cheaper rates based on location-based pricing.
4.3 What are Resort Weeks & Vacation Rentals?
These are exclusive inventory not available publicly, with stays as low as $500 per week. CTS also gives access to an extensive private home inventory.
4.4 What are Room Coins?
Room Coins is a reward program that is available as an option. It allows you to distribute reward coins so that members can decrease the final price of their hotel stay and help you deepen engagement. You can define your own reward rules and/or allocate coins from the Back Office access.
Room Coins can be rebranded as needed.
4.5 What are Trip Coins?
Trip Coins are used for cruise bookings.
- Members earn 10% of their booking value in Trip Coins when completing their cruises. This reward is only available for Cruises.
- They can use Trip Coins on the portal for future travel, on all pre-paid options available (hotels, flights, etc.)
Trip Coins can be rebranded as needed.
4.6 Can I add my perks & rewards?
Yes. You select benefits part of our benefit catalog, with 30 benefits currently available to choose from:
- Airport lounge access
- Medical assistance
- Concierge services
- Everyday discounts
- Visa processing assistance
- And much more!
You can also enable Room Coins and Trip Coins and define your own reward rules.

5.1 Who provides customer service for my members?
Custom Travel Solutions offers 24/7 private-labeled customer support via:

5.2 Can members use cryptocurrency to book travel?
Yes! Custom Travel Solutions supports 1000+ cryptocurrencies.
5.3 What happens if a member cancels a trip?
Each supplier has different cancellation policies. Refunds are processed based on the supplier’s terms.
6. Getting Started & Pricing
6.1 How much does it cost to start a travel club?
Besides your own Marketing and Sales resources to market and sell travel memberships and operate your business, partnering with Custom Travel Solutions is a smart choice to access an end-to-end solution, ready to plug-in. The pricing includes:
- A setup fee for a branded platform depending on your requirements (languages, currencies, number of member tiers, mobile app, referral program, etc.)
- A Yearly or Monthly fee per member, depending on selected benefits.
- A one-time onboarding fee per member.
6.2 Is there a lower-cost option?
Yes, it is a pre-built solution allowing you to distribute an existing branded membership plan. There is no customization available for this program.
6.3 How long does it take to set up?
5 to 10 business days after asset gathering, depending on customizations.
